Job Title: Visual Design Professional

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about creating visually appealing and effective designs.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for playing an essential role in strategy, conception, and design of beautiful ideas, products, and services.
  • This includes developing and delivering projects from brief to end user.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring all correspondence, materials, presentations, proposals, etc., seen by prospective and existing clients are error-free, of the highest quality, and always relevant to the client's issues.
  • Partnering with all departments to ensure delivery of on-time, high-quality deliverables that address all relevant prospective clients' requirements.
  • Communicating findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner in all written and oral presentation forms.
  • Staying up-to-date with current design trends, remaining continuously curious.
  • Participating in meetings and critiques; explaining and substantiating existing or potential design direction.
  • Exploring specific design concepts, refining them, and planning and conducting design research.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrating the ability to deliver projects and tasks on time and to the highest quality.
  • Ideating and co-designing with peers and clients in a positive and collaborative manner.
  • Presenting design work confidently to stakeholders and building trusting relationships.
