Job Title: Visual Designer

About the Role:

LEAP is a leading provider of Legal Practice Productivity Solutions. With over 30 years of experience, our team has reimagined productivity tools for lawyers and their staff to support our guiding purpose: helping lawyers who help people.

We are part of an international LegalTech company with a presence in multiple countries. As a member of our fast-growing technology business, you will join an international team of passionate high achievers working together across multiple countries.

The Global Marketing Team is shaping and executing our global marketing strategy to reflect the evolution of our product offering. We're disrupting the way value is delivered in the legal community, and this needs a significant shift in how we drive LEAP's brand awareness and AI product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Development: Design and maintain consistent visual branding across all marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  2. Marketing Collateral: Create engaging graphics for brochures, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and presentations tailored to law firm audiences.
  3. Digital Content: Develop visually appealing assets for LEAP's website, social media platforms, and online advertising campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  4. Product Visuals: Collaborate with the product team to design user interface elements, icons, and visuals for LEAP's cloud-based software, ensuring an intuitive and professional user experience.
  5. Event Materials: Produce creative materials for legal industry events, webinars, and trade shows, including banners, posters, and digital displays to attract and educate potential clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
