**Join Our Team As a Visual Designer**

Play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and effective digital assets to support the marketing and ecommerce initiatives of Hubbl, the latest innovation in entertainment tech. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Performance, Engagement, Innovation and Product, to bring creative concepts to life. Your primary focus will be on producing compelling visuals that enhance brand identity and product comprehension, drive customer engagement, and optimise the user experience across various digital platforms
- Develop engaging visuals for product pages, banners, and promotional materials on ecommerce platforms
- Build graphics and identity systems for Hubbl
- Ensure consistency in visual elements, style, and messaging across all digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Managers to understand and implement brand guidelines effectively
- Collaborate with UX designers to enhance the overall user experience on ecommerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing customer journey and support the creation of user-centric designs across Hubbl platforms
- Engage with UX research data to understand and develop interaction solutions based on user insights and behaviours
- Design graphics and assets that are optimized for various devices and screen sizes to provide a cohesive user experience
- Deliver dev-ready component boards for tech grooming sessions

**Skills and Experiences We're Looking For**
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
- Recent experience as a Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work experience in consumer products
- Fluent in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, AfterEffects, InDesign), and additional relevant software and devices
- Experience with ecommerce platforms and understanding of user-centred design principles.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality designs that align with brand guidelines
- Good understanding of front-end development technologies
