About the Role

As a visual design professional, you will support the creation and execution of customer communications projects. This involves translating creative concepts into production-ready assets while ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy across various channels.

Key responsibilities include designing and executing projects, maintaining brand guidelines, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design systems and build engaging content.

This role requires close collaboration with senior creatives, copywriters, and agency leaders to develop and execute effective customer communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Execution & Production: Translate design concepts into finalized artwork, prepare and package design files for development and deployment, and retouch and manipulate images as needed.
  • Brand Consistency & Quality Assurance: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines, conduct thorough quality checks on all design assets, and adapt existing designs to various formats and layouts.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with senior creatives and copywriters to ensure cohesive integration of visual and textual elements and liaise with marketing team members to understand briefs and opportunities within projects.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design or artwork production, preferably within a social or digital environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with modular design systems and creating assets for customer channel communications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools including Figma.
