Job Description

As an accomplished educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic future of students at St Anthony of Padua Catholic College Austral. You will ensure every student reaches their full potential through collaborative and engaging pedagogy that aligns with Catholic Education's vision and mission.

The successful applicant will join the school with a focus on teaching Literacy in Early Stage 1 to Stage 3. They will create and implement rigorous planned learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of students. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate teacher to drive academic excellence and contribute to the faith formation of students.

Responsibilities include providing quality education, offering a rich, relevant and holistic curriculum that is student-centred, flexible and challenging. The position is a 2-point promotional role, temporary for up to 3 years; however, your teaching position will be full-time and permanent.

Requirements
  • Strong background in teaching Literacy in Early Stage 1 to Stage 3.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Dedication to Catholic Education and its mission.
