**About the role**:
MultiLit helps low progress readers improve their literacy skills through direct, systematic, and intensive 1:1 tutoring of key reading and related skills of literacy. MultiLit offers a range of research-based programs to students of all ages, please explore our website for more information.
**Responsibilities include**:
The following tasks are indicative of the range of activities required for the School Partnership Consultant role:
- Providing administrative support for the Literacy Centre
- CRM data entry for all Literacy Centre client records
- Timetabling using online software
- Generating student reports
- Purchase orders and stock control
- Liaising with head office staff for bookings and enrolments
- Library system administration
- General clerical duties such as photocopying and scanning
- Processing outgoing mail
- Any other duties as instructed
**Skills Required**:
- Proven administrative, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- A high level of attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in MS Applications, CRM and workforce management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to work discreetly in a confidential environment
- Current Working With Children Check
