Risk Management Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional with a strong background in credit assessment, hindsight analysis, or problem loan management to take on a Credit Risk Manager role.
In this position, you will provide independent assurance over credit decisions, conducting reviews of past credit decisions to ensure compliance with policies and Delegated Approval Authority (DAA) requirements.
Key responsibilities include assessing the quality of credit decisions, providing constructive feedback, and preparing summary reports for senior management. This role is crucial in identifying potential areas for improvement and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reviews, adhering to our framework.
Requirements:
- Strong background in credit assessment, hindsight analysis, or problem loan management within banking or other financial institutions
- Solid knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements applicable to bank debt recovery and financial hardship processes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and unambiguously, both in writing and verbally
- Proficiency in report writing and a high level of attention to detail
