Business Transformation Specialist

Are you a skilled professional with a passion for business transformation and digital innovation?

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Specialist to support a critical project focused on portfolio scenario planning.

This role will be instrumental in evaluating business processes, defining system capabilities, and ensuring alignment with project management capabilities.

  • Lead in-depth process and system analysis to support the discovery phase of portfolio scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define built system capabilities and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Capture and document existing business processes, technologies, integrations, and service accounts.
  • Assess the current architecture and its alignment with project objectives, ensuring all business touchpoints and inputs are identified.
  • Develop comprehensive analysis and options papers to support decision-making and contribute to a Solution on a Page (SoaP) in collaboration with IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert-level analysis and recommendations to drive business outcomes.
  2. Leverage industry expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Transformation Specialist, with expertise in digital capability enhancement projects.
  • Strong understanding of project portfolio management, workforce planning, and system analysis.
  • Ability to capture and document business processes, system integrations, and architecture components.
  • Experience in collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
