Software Engineering Lead/ Applications Architect

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead our Applications Engineering Practice. As a Software Engineering Lead and Applications Architect, you will be responsible for developing and architecting scalable and secure solutions across various industries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and adhering to quality software engineering practices.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing scalable and maintainable software solutions, leveraging major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their development services and infrastructure.
- Leading the creation of software documentation and architecture diagrams to guide implementation, emphasizing best software engineering practices.
- Collaborating with capability teams to meet technical and business requirements, prioritizing software engineering quality.
- Participating in pre-sales activities, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and crafting compelling proposals that deliver tangible business value.
- Contributing to senior leadership discussions, showcasing our capabilities and architecting comprehensive solution designs that prioritize scalability, performance, and security, with a strong focus on quality software engineering practices.

Requirements- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Software Engineering Lead, and/or Applications Architect.
- Extensive experience in software architecture and design, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including their development services and infrastructure.
- Proven experience in implementing DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and development frameworks (e.g., Spring,.NET, Django).
- Strong consulting skills with experience in responding to RFP's and RFQ's.
