CareCone Group is a leading provider of innovative software solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior.NET Software Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop full-stack applications using.NET, React, and Flutter technologies.
  • Lead the architectural design, development, and maintenance of microservices-based architectures using Kubernetes for container orchestration.
  • Design event-based architecture for micro-services with the ability to define bounded context and domain model.
  • Architect and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based solutions using Azure services.
  • Manage a team of Software Engineers, including managing performance, coaching and development of team members, goal setting, and professional development.
  • Ensure the Engineering team has appropriate skills to deliver on business strategy and to run the platforms.
  • Lead and continuously improve ways of working, both within the Engineering team and how Engineering works across the broader Technology team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in producing SAD (Solution Architecture Diagrams) OR HLA (High Level Architecture Diagrams).
  • Proven experience in adopting micro-services architecture gradually within the ecosystem to provide a pathway for future modern design.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms, specifically Azure services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
