Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Application Architect to lead our team in designing and developing full-stack applications using.NET, React, and Flutter technologies. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based solutions using Azure services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Full-Stack Applications: Lead the architectural design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications using.NET, React, and Flutter technologies.
  • Cloud Solutions Architect: Design and develop microservices-based architectures using Kubernetes for container orchestration, ensuring high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
  • Event-Driven Architecture: Design event-based architecture for micro-services with the ability to define bounded context and domain model.
  • Cloud Platform Expert: Architect and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based solutions using Azure services, such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Software Engineers, including managing performance, coaching and development of team members, goal setting, and professional development, fostering a collaborative and high-performing development environment.
  • Engineering Team Collaboration: Lead and continuously improve ways of working, both within the Engineering team and how Engineering works across the broader Technology team, to drive improvements in collaboration.
  • Culture of Sharing and Learning: Build a culture of sharing and learning across the team, supported by good practices around knowledge management.
