About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Pega Principal Business Architect to join our team at Virtusa. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and process innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering

Lead the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements leveraging the Pega system software.

Business Process Understanding and Translation

Understand business processes and business requirements of the customers and translate them into requirements artifacts such as BRD/Functional specs/User stories.

Requirements Management and Facilitation

Ensure that requirements management and facilitation best practices are adhered to, including management of artifacts through traceability, version control, and change control.

Business Rules Documentation and Configuration

Document business rules and assist with work type structure from the perspective of the business needs.

Rules and Flows Design and Configuration

Design and configure rules and flows, assisting with user interface and process flow development.

IT Business Analysis and Data Mapping

Function as an Information Technology Business Analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs.

User Interface Requirements and Communication

Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver user interface requirements like Graphical User Interfaces, Screen, and Interface mock-ups.

Interface and Integration Technologies

Understand interface/integration technologies and customers' needs to translate them into requirements.

Pega Methodologies

Strong understanding of Pega methodologies.
