Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience with Pega implementation as LBA/SBA
  • 5+ years of total Pega experience
  • Certified Pega Business Architect (preferably version or later)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Successful business transformation credentials
  • 5+ years of work experience in international markets such as Australia, Europe, or the US
  • Strong knowledge of Pega strategic application - Pega Customer Service
  • Champions agile delivery across organizations
  • Strong domain experience in banking services is preferred
Good to Have:
  • Exposure to handling multiple dotted line stakeholders
  • Pega technical background (CSA/CSSA)
  • Background in process improvement
