About the Role

Virtusa is seeking a highly experienced Pega Business Architect to join our team. As a Pega Business Architect, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and delivering strategic solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Pega implementation projects as a Lead Business Architect or Senior Business Architect
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Pega's strategic applications, including Pega Customer Service
  • Champion Agile delivery across organizations and drive business transformation initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams

Requirements

  • 1+ year of end-to-end Pega implementation experience as a Lead Business Architect or Senior Business Architect
  • 5+ years of total Pega experience
  • Certified Pega Business Architect (preferably version or later)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Successful business transformation credentials
  • 5+ years of work experience in international markets such as Australia, Europe, or the US
  • Strong knowledge of Pega strategic applications, including Pega Customer Service
  • Champions Agile delivery across organizations
  • Strong domain experience in banking services is preferred

Good to Have

  • Exposure to handling multiple dotted line stakeholders
  • Pega technical background (CSA/CSSA)
  • Background in process improvement
