Role Overview

Americold is a global provider of temperature-controlled infrastructure facilitating perishable and frozen product distribution.

We partner with farmers and food producers to ensure seamless delivery to food suppliers, restaurants, and grocery stores without spoilage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish measurable sales goals and monitor performance.
  • Enhance client satisfaction through tailored support, training, and long-term relationship building.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver cohesive and effective sales campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and prepare detailed reports to inform strategic decisions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–7 years' experience in business development within 3PL, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven success working with processors, wholesalers, brokers, and retailers.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field; MBA highly desirable.
