Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is a leading international logistics provider with a global network and family-owned history. We seek a dedicated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Brisbane office.
Job Description:- Maintain strong business relationships with assigned national accounts, lead in business reviews, identify service issues, and allocate resources for improvement.
- Generate new sales opportunities from existing customers and achieve growth targets for strategic accounts.
- Manage tender processes, conduct market analysis, and negotiate strategies in alignment with products.
- Oversee accounts receivable processes, including due dates and credit limitations.
- Develop, execute, monitor, and improve account strategies/development plans/business plans for key accounts in your book of business.
- Conduct sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes, and prepare reports on account status.
- Deliver personal sales plans in CRM and Corporate Planner.
- Execute sales strategies and plans provided by leadership.
- Drive product development for individual customer needs.
- 5 Years Experience in a similar role within the industry.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Freight Forwarding & Logistics experience highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to details.
