Digital Transformation Expert

The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission seeks an expert program delivery professional to lead the coordination of successful digital projects across the organisation.
As Assistant Director, Digital Program Delivery, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
You will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with quality standards met.
This role requires strong people management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
You will need to identify, assess, and manage risks and issues across all projects, implementing mitigation strategies and ensuring team members understand and manage risks effectively.
A commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to implement and promote best practices in digital program delivery, is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in managing digital programs or projects.
They will also have proven experience in leading project teams and managing multiple, complex digital projects from inception through to completion.
