Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality care across diverse caseloads.

This role involves independent clinical decision-making, managing physiotherapy interventions across multiple settings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Provide supervision to staff and students, delegate appropriately to Allied Health Assistants, and ensure all care is delivered in line with professional standards, documentation requirements, and patient goals.
  • Actively contribute to service improvement through education, research, and quality initiatives while continuing to grow clinical expertise in specialist areas.
  • Contribute to data collection, risk management, and other administrative duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services with service development and evaluation using advanced reasoning and clinical practice for managing complex cases.
  • Supervise, teach, and train Level 1/2 Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants, and students.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to evidence-based care, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Current Physiotherapy Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • A current Australian C-Class driver's license including P1 or P2.
  • Relevant clinical experience in managing complex physiotherapy caseloads.
