This role involves independent clinical decision-making, managing physiotherapy interventions across multiple care settings, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide high quality physiotherapy services with service development and evaluation, using advanced reasoning and clinical practice for managing complex or novel cases.
- Supervise, teach and train Level 1/2 Physiotherapists, Allied Health Assistants and students.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to evidence-based care, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will provide supervision to staff and students, delegate appropriately to Allied Health Assistants, and ensure all care is delivered in line with professional standards, documentation requirements, and patient goals.
You'll actively contribute to service improvement through education, research, and quality initiatives, while continuing to grow your clinical expertise in specialist areas. The role includes administrative responsibilities such as data collection, risk management, and participation in a flexible 7-day roster.
