About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled RAM Technical Lead to join our team at Northrop Grumman Australia. As a key member of our organisation, you will provide strategic direction and leadership on processes, tools, reporting, and support RAM activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure potential airworthiness hazards and risks to safe operation of the Program identified during RAM analyses or investigations
  • Provide strategic direction and ensure execution of Approved RAM program plans in support of fleet, maintenance planning, supply chain, obsolescence mitigation actions, engineering operations and capability development
  • Engages and collaborates with Australian Defence Force platform specialists to develop and support RAM SME capabilities
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a degree qualification in Engineering (Electrical/Avionics, Aerospace, Mechanical Structures) and extensive experience in Defence aviation leading, investigating, managing, or working within aviation reliability and system integrity programs.

You will also require working knowledge of Defence aviation regulations relevant to Airworthiness requirements, specifically DASR Part 21M and DASR Part 21J, or equivalent. Additionally, you must hold or be eligible for Professional Chartership (CPENG or RPEQ).
