Technical Visionary and ServiceNow Strategist

This role is focused on leading the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, strategies, and operational processes across the ServiceNow Platform.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a ServiceNow Practice Lead / SME with deep ServiceNow expertise, including no less than 6 years of experience.
Key responsibilities include leading platform upgrades, automation initiatives, integrations, and advanced reporting/analytics solutions to enable data-driven decision-making.
The successful candidate will champion best practices across ServiceNow and associated tools, ensuring consistent, scalable, and high-quality implementation.
Additional responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and communicating SOPs, process documentation, and guidelines, embedding operational excellence and governance.
Mentorship and guidance of teams on ServiceNow, reporting, and operational best practices are also essential aspects of this role.
Job Requirements- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Practice Lead / SME with deep ServiceNow expertise, including no less than 6 years of experience.
- Proven track record in ServiceNow deployments, platform upgrades, automation initiatives, and reporting integration.
- Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, ServiceNow Performance Analytics, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to establish, document, and enforce best practices and SOPs across teams.
