The Senior Claims Service Consultant will be responsible for reviewing and identifying claims that do not fall within the scope of policies, ensuring correct outcomes are achieved.
Key responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders to discuss outcomes and dispute resolution, preparing and drafting appropriate documentation when required.
A strong customer service focus is essential in developing relationships to understand and meet customer needs, delivering a positive customer experience.
Maintaining knowledge of insurance guidelines, legislation, regulations, and court decisions enables recommendations for policy changes to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
