The Role: Supporting Individuals with Greater Independence
We are seeking a genuine and caring individual who enjoys helping people achieve greater independence.
To be successful in this role, you will need to understand each person's needs and preferences.
Responsibilities include:
- Transporting clients to appointments and activities
- Providing domestic assistance and personal care
- Offering social support and companionship
- Assisting with meal preparation and household chores
- Providing dementia and palliative care
The ideal candidate will have experience in mental health, preferably working with female clients.
It is essential to hold a Certificate III in Disability or Aged Care, as well as up-to-date certifications including a Police Check, Blue Card, and NDIS Mandatory Training Certificate.
