Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our production team as a Mechanical Operations Specialist. This role will involve working closely with shift team leaders and production managers to ensure the smooth operation of the production department.

The successful candidate will have experience in tooling, machinery maintenance and product quality control. They will be responsible for setting up equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring that products meet customer specifications.

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to work effectively within a team environment.

About the Role
