Job Summary

This role requires an experienced operations technician to join our team of engineers, supply chain specialists, and security experts.

You will work on complex problems with multiple variables impacting the supply chain. We are looking for talented individuals who want to help us deliver high standards for safety and security while providing infinite capacity at low cost for our customers.

The Data Centre Engineering Operations Technician is responsible for hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operation. This includes stand-by diesel generators, switchboards/switchgears, UPSs, PDUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, VFDs, and building automation systems.

Responsibilities include reviewing routine and corrective maintenance on critical systems, establishing performance benchmarks, managing facility assets, and infrastructure and inventory asset management. You will also work with contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure established practices and local legislation are observed.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree or technical certification, experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, or experience as a technician in a critical environment. Additionally, 2+ years of maintenance experience on mechanical or electrical equipment and operating electrical or mechanical systems in a mission-critical environment are required.

Required Qualifications:
