Event Coordinator

We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating events and ensuring a high-quality experience for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with team members to build and maintain strong relationships within the Member and Customer team.
- Coordinate service standards, policies, and procedures with team members, volunteers, and office bearers.
- Utilize volunteer network for event planning and execution.
- Ensure high-quality customer service at award events.
- Maintain accurate data records.
- Provide training to new team members as needed.
- Background in customer service delivery.
- Experience in administration and familiarity with award or event delivery processes and procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and build solid relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Expertise in working with volunteers and various stakeholders, planning and executing effectively, and event delivery and event operations.
