ASIC is seeking an experienced product leader to head a team of product owners across the RegistryConnect Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage product owners across the program
  • Deliver business outcomes by leveraging people, technology, data, law, and policy
  • Modernise ASIC registers, data, and user interfaces according to One ASIC principles
  • Prioritise delivery of Director and data features based on user needs and feasibility
  • Represent user data needs to ensure consumer-focused product design
  • Enhance UX using data insights to drive engagement and measurable impact
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver quality products
  • Advise on UX, UI, and accessibility design
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards
Qualifications & Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or experience leading large transformation programs
  • Background in IT, Business, or Communications with product and change management expertise
  • Proven delivery of complex, enterprise-wide programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of strategy and operating model
  • Skilled in leveraging infrastructure to improve processes
  • Effective influencer across all levels
  • Able to bridge business needs and technology constraints
  • Strong decision-making in high-pressure environments
  • Balanced focus on business and IT strategy, automation, and service delivery
  • Experienced in managing people, process, and behavioural change initiatives
