About This Role

This role is ideal for a highly skilled and results-driven professional looking to leverage their expertise in account management, client engagement, and business development.

As a key player in the organization's success, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of employer and member accounts through proactive engagement and service delivery.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple sectors.
  • Execute tailored engagement strategies and member service initiatives that drive growth and retention.
  • Provide expert advice on superannuation, industrial relations, and financial products to ensure clients receive optimal solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences and exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze service levels, engagement outcomes, and portfolio performance to inform strategic decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, driving growth and retention.
  2. Engagement Strategies: Design and implement tailored engagement strategies to meet client needs and preferences.
  3. Product Expertise: Provide expert advice on superannuation, industrial relations, and financial products to clients.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding experiences and exceptional customer service.
  5. Data Analysis: Analyze service levels, engagement outcomes, and portfolio performance to inform strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in account management, client engagement, or business development.
  • Strong knowledge of superannuation, industrial relations, and financial products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or Diploma of Financial Planning are desirable.
