Operations Manager Job Summary">

As a seasoned Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our airport hospitality and passenger experience services. This role requires strong leadership skills and a focus on delivering exceptional service standards to our valued guests.

The successful candidate will have tertiary education in Hospitality Management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in senior management roles within the hospitality industry.

  • Supervise and direct all colleagues in daily operations
  • Maintain high-quality services and ensure compliance with industry codes of practice and legislation
  • Rostering operational colleagues
  • Manage budgets and financial results
  • Recruit and train staff
  • Handle client complaints and staff grievances
  • Maximize staff efficiency and quality of work
