Key Responsibilities- Uncover trends and behaviors in customer data to inform business strategies
- Develop and maintain dashboards, track key performance indicators, and deliver analytics reports with actionable recommendations
- Create customer-centric reports for stakeholders, develop targeted segments for multi-channel activation, and ensure CRM data integrity
- Configure and manage customer platforms, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with developers to drive process improvements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM or customer data analytics roles, preferably in retail or consumer-focused environments
- Strong analytical skills, expertise in interpreting customer data, and hands-on experience with customer technology stacks, including CDP and ESP
- Ability to build customer segments for multi-channel activation and collaborate effectively with engineers
