- Build relationships with key decision-makers and evangelize AI technology
- Develop a command of our product, Contact Center market, and customer needs
As a Strategic Sales Director, you will focus on securing major deals with top companies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key qualifications include:
- 7+ years of SaaS software sales experience at an enterprise level
- Experience negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional teams through large deal close processes
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executives
