About This Role

The SUPPS program provides holistic, family-centred care to support women during pregnancy and early parenting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Specialist Support: Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide assessments, counselling, and care coordination to women during pregnancy and early parenting.

Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in social work, extensive clinical experience, and membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
