Our Customer Service Team

We're seeking a Customer Service Officer to deliver outstanding service to our global Wholesale distributors purchasing minted products. As a member of the Wholesale team, you'll manage orders and related inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.

This is a fixed term contract with potential opportunity for extension or permanency, working within a fun, vibrant, and inclusive team.

Your Role as Customer Service Officer

You'll develop in-depth knowledge of our products to provide customers with accurate information. You'll monitor order progress, assist with warehouse reconciliation reporting, and support shipping replenishment processes.
