As a Customer Service Officer Bullion Room, you will play a crucial role in managing bullion transactions, developing expertise in bullion, and adhering to AML/CTF Legislation and Second-Hand Dealers Act.

  • Manage bullion transactions with accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop expertise in bullion to provide tailored customer service.
  • Verify client identification and source of wealth information.
  • Authenticate bullion and gold jewellery using an XRF machine.
  • Assist in verifying daily purchases, facilitating client collections, and performing administrative tasks.
