Lead the Adventure

As an Assistant Manager at Anaconda, you will be responsible for leading a key department within our store and inspiring your team to be experts on our products. You will cultivate a passion for customer service, enabling our customers to have great outdoor experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in executing the strategic plan and delivering on operational requirements
  • Lead and drive store operations, promotions, stock movement, and presentation
  • Be an ambassador for our vision, values, and culture
  • Inspire and equip your team to be experts on our products
  • Cultivate and nurture a passion for customer service
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role in a high-volume, fast-paced, big-box retail store
  • Industry-specific experience in a management role is preferred, though not mandatory
  • Experience in building, developing, inspiring, and performance managing a team of 30+ team members
  • First Aid trained and qualified
  • Experience in merchandising and stock management
  • Exceptional planning and forward-thinking approach
