About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Leader to join our team in NSW. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Optometrists, Optical Dispensers, and Retail Assistants to achieve exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Optometrists, Optical Dispensers, and Retail Assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the regional leadership team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Store Leader who has a strong background in retail management, preferably in the optical or pharmacy industry. You should have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.

You should also have a strong understanding of the day-to-day operations of a retail store, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising. Exposure to Optomate is an advantage, but not essential.
