The Miwatj Health Aboriginal Corporation seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Administration Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure seamless operations across all departments.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance, ensuring that office tasks and systems are managed efficiently.
- Bookings and Travel Management: Manage bookings and travel arrangements for staff and stakeholders, guaranteeing timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate records and documents, adhering to organizational standards and policies.
- Communication and Liaison: Foster effective communication with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners, promoting a culture of collaboration and respect.
To succeed in this role, you must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. A current NT Driver's License and Ochre Card are also essential requirements.
