As an Employer Engagement Consultant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and contribute to our mission of creating better working lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain employer and community networks to secure employment opportunities for our clients;
  • Manage a small caseload of clients, providing advocacy and support to help them achieve their employment goals;
  • Provide information and advocacy about atWork Australia's services, connecting clients and the wider community;
  • Work in an energetic and dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of professionals who share your passion for helping others;
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs to support our clients and the wider community.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment and achieve positive results;
  • Ability to network and build relationships with employers and clients;
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities;
  • Well-developed administration skills, utilising various databases.
