About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, covering both Level 1 and Level 2 tasks. A solid understanding of IT products and services is essential, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Office 365, Active Directory, and virtual environment management. Familiarity with networking troubleshooting involving switches, routers, and firewalls is also important. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on building trust and managing client relationships effectively.

Key Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support
  • Prior experience in a managed services provider environment
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services, particularly Microsoft
  • Proficient in systems support, including Office 365, Active Directory, MS Exchange, and application support
  • Networking experience with switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
  • Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
