Job Description
  • Partner with senior executives to define business objectives, strategies, and roadmaps for enterprise performance management and connected planning initiatives.
  • Serve as the SME for large-scale connected planning solutions and recommend existing models as part of a connected solution or to incorporate new functionality.
  • Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders, refine requirements, and develop planning solutions to cater to business needs.
  • Provide strategic oversight of planning solution deployments, ensuring alignment with business goals, to-be process, and change management principles.
  • Guide customers through organisational change, providing coaching and knowledge transfer to build internal capability.

As a Business Consultant, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). Master's degree in Business administration is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in management or business consulting, enterprise planning transformation, or strategic solution advisory.
  • Strong track record in advising organisations on business performance improvement and change enablement.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into strategic solution designs that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in enterprise planning, forecasting, or performance management processes (EPM experience strongly preferred).
