Your Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver advice and guidance through the development, design, and implementation stages of strategic planning.]
  • To support senior team members in providing quality consultation, conducting research and discovery, and designing for new strategies, including their performance monitoring and review.]
  • To engage a broad range of stakeholders and build effective relationships with clients, negotiating and influencing effectively at all levels, internally and externally.]
  • To develop and maintain high-level analytical, strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving skills.]
  • To conduct thorough research and analysis, both quantitative and qualitative, that contribute to operational improvement and best practice planning and reporting.]
  • To communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, establishing credibility with stakeholders and communicating at all levels across the organisation.]
  • To convey strategy effectively to colleagues and leadership, making informed decisions that align with organisational goals.]
