Strategic Wealth Advisor

Job Description:

Pivot Wealth is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Wealth Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial planning advice to high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to the needs of each client
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of client financial plans to ensure alignment with their evolving goals and circumstances
  • Provide strategic guidance on tax reduction strategies, investment opportunities, employer share plans, superannuation, insurance, and estate planning
  • Lead a team of CSOs and Associates to drive high quality and efficient outcomes for clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in wealth and financial planning, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial plans and advice
  • AR Qualified and technical skills to deal with complex financial planning strategies, including tax planning, investments, and multiple entities
  • Strong client wrangling skills to ensure timely and effective delivery of services
  • Experience with modelling software such as Xtools+, Adviserlogic, or Midwinter
  • Strong compliance history and references
