About the Role

This role involves working flexible hours, including late nights, at our Gold Coast location. You'll be an empathetic partner to our clients, delivering exceptional customer service and educating them about our services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering superior customer service throughout the entire tattoo removal process
  • Conducting consultations with new clients, educating them about the laser tattoo removal process
  • Closing sales by demonstrating ethical sales practices and showcasing the value of our approach, service, and protocols
  • Maintaining detailed client records and managing follow-up processes
  • Representing our brand, mission, and culture

Requirements

  • Previous experience within the hair and beauty industry is preferred
  • Excellent consultative sales and negotiation experience in a retail or Medspa setting is required
  • Comfortable conducting client consultations and selling our services
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
