The Opportunities

We're seeking experienced and motivated Panel Beaters and Spray Painters to join our growing workshop in Varsity Lakes. These are secure, full-time positions, perfect for tradespeople who take pride in their craft and want to be part of a close-knit, supportive team.


Panel Beater – Key Responsibilities

  1. Perform structural and cosmetic panel repairs to a high standard
  2. Strip, fit, and reassemble panels, parts, and components
  3. Conduct welding and metal finishing
  4. Inspect parts for accuracy and defects
  5. Work to deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality
  6. Follow safety standards and workshop procedures
  7. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and the team

About You

  1. Trade qualified Panel Beater (Certificate III or equivalent)
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience (prestige experience highly regarded)
  3. Strong eye for detail and pride in workmanship
  4. Reliable, safety-conscious, and a strong team player
  5. Current driver's licence

Spray Painter – Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and mask vehicles for painting
  2. Mix, match, and apply paints to achieve factory-quality finishes
  3. Inspect finished work for accuracy and high standards
  4. Maintain equipment and workshop cleanliness
  5. Follow correct safety and PPE procedures

About You

  1. Qualified Spray Painter with relevant trade certification
  2. Experience working on a variety of vehicles (prestige experience valued)
  3. Excellent colour matching and finishing skills
  4. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  5. Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
