Job Title: Building Site Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Site Manager to join our team in Ormeau, South Queensland. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and successful execution of building site works.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline and proven experience in delivering complex construction projects. You will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors and ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with project plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor day-to-day building package activities to ensure alignment with project plans.
  • Develop and communicate short-term lookahead programs for delivery.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering complex construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of the building/construction industry and its best practices.
  • Proven supervisory experience and ability to lead teams effectively.
