Construction Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in the North Brisbane region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in supervising multiple new home builds and/or knock down rebuild sites simultaneously. As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Job
  • Supervise multiple new home builds, working closely with tradespeople and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Dedicate time to developing strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment that drives project success.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management: oversee construction projects, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Site supervision: manage site operations, including coordination of labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Quality control: maintain high-quality construction standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Collaboration: work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the residential construction sector.
  • Cert IV in Building & Construction and a QLD Site Supervisor's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
  • A clean driver's license and willingness to travel between sites.
