About Our Client

This leading Australian FMCG business offers a competitive salary package of AUD 100,000 - AUD 110,000 plus superannuation benefits. As an experienced Accounts Payable professional, you will work closely with the CFO in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, general ledger reconciliation, and maintaining vendor relationships.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable functions, including accounts receivable and cash management
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, credit notes, and other payment-related documents
  • General ledger reconciliation and account analysis to ensure financial accuracy
  • Manage inventory movements and reconcile accounts
  • Generate and manage purchase orders, reconciliations, and reports
  • Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports, providing insights into financial performance
  • Work closely with stakeholders across all departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • A degree in Accounting or related field, with experience working in Retail/FMCG businesses
  • Proficiency in large ERP accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in accounts payable or similar roles
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and flexibility
