In this exciting role, you will be responsible for Superloop's accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to suppliers.
About the RoleThis Accounts Payable Officer position plays a crucial part in our company's financial operations. You will ensure that all invoices and expenses are processed accurately and efficiently.
You will be responsible for credit card expense administration, processing supplier and staff payments, and general accounting duties. Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, banks, employees, systems providers, and clients is also an essential aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all invoices and expenses.

- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, banks, employees, systems providers, and clients.
To succeed in this role, you should have 1-2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable position. You should be highly organised with strong multitasking skills, including demonstrated ability to satisfy competing demands and deadlines.
You should be able to problem solve and think broadly, with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. A proactive nature to identify opportunities for continuous improvement is also essential.
Netsuite experience is desired but not essential.
