Educator and Child Care Professional

We are seeking an exceptional Educator to join our passionate and supportive team at bestchance Child Family Care. This is a casual relief position, allowing you to work on a flexible schedule and pick up shifts as needed.
Job SummaryAs an Educator with bestchance, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children. You will have the opportunity to develop warm, respectful, and positive relationships with staff, children, and families from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years old.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- To maintain open communication with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed about their child's daily activities and progress.
- To participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Education and Care qualification.
- A valid Employee Working with Children Check.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate (Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting).
- Successfully completed 'Protecting Children - Mandatory reporting and other obligations for the Early Childhood Sector' training.
- A well-developed understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and National Regulations.
- A competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.
