HR Business Partnership Executive

We are seeking a seasoned People and Culture practitioner to join our organization as a Strategic HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will be part of a truly national footprint, operating across all States and Territories.
The role is responsible for maintaining, developing, implementing, and continuously improving HR systems and workforce management strategies including employee induction processes, learning and development implementation, performance management processes, recruitment, engagement surveys and more.
Key responsibilities include working with people leaders on performance management of employees, undertaking contract renewal and employment variation paperwork, participating in internal committees, coordination and monitoring the biannual Employee Engagement Survey, providing sound and authoritative advice across a range of ER issues, and interpreting enterprise agreements, awards, and industrial regulations.
Requirements include experience in strategic HR business partnering positions, driving process and systems improvements, exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong ER knowledge and case management experience, degree qualification in Human Resources or related discipline, and relevant experience.
- Exposure to Technology One or CiA systems would be highly advantageous.
As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a critical advisory function to enable delivery of critical services that benefit all Australians. You will work towards driving a new, higher level of performance to achieve best practice across all areas.
Traditional P&C functions will be brought together with broader leadership and people development initiatives, psychosocial focus, AI functionality, and systems redesign.
